About Navy Alpine Snowsports (NAS)
The Navy Alpine Snowsports Association (NASA) was formed in 1994 to act as the governing body for the Navy Championship. In 2006 the 'Association' structure was discontinued to reduce the management overhead. In lieu, the President of the sport forms a management committee at the beginning of the each year comprising volunteers from past competitors. These vulunteers organise the annual championship for that year.
